EURUSD Intraday system (EURUSD ID) is a day trade system which employs two strategies; false breakout strategies and stop-hunting applied to the EUR/USD currency pair. The false breakout strategy aims to benefit from the market's tendency of forming a so called "trap" during the European trading session, which can be capitalised upon over the course of the global session. The stop-hunting strategy aims to capitalise on the magnetic pull of key support and resistance levels, beyond which may traders place stop orders. As key levels are hit the market often sees a momentum boost as stop orders are elected. Discretion is warranted when there is an impending high-impact news release or interest rate decision.
